All our orders are prepared with the utmost care and shipped from our logistics center within 24 to 48 business hours.
Rates and Times
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all your orders. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.
Order Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our workshops, an email containing your tracking number is sent to you. You can track its progress in real time via our Track Order page.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return a piece if it does not perfectly meet your expectations.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its complete packaging (box and protections included).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our teams, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
